Jennifer DaSilva is the President of Berlin Cameron, a full service, boutique creative agency. Jennifer recently championed a division of Berlin Cameron called LLShe, empowering female founders through creativity and connection. In 2020, she was named Working Mother of the Year by She Run's It and was given the Campaign US Choice Award for Fearless Pioneer for her “noteworthy, badass work across the industry.” She is the founder of a networking group called connect4women.com. Jennifer also advises female run start-ups, is on the board of Girl Up and most importantly is a wife and mother of two boys.
